Target Audience

This program is designed for physicians.

The PRUA Annual Meeting is one of the very limited opportunities for urologists in practice within Puerto Rico to attend a CME activity without having to fly out of the island, for this reason, there is a clear need for a well-balanced, unbiased, educational program that will bring our local urologists up-to-date on the diagnosis and management of common urologic problems as well as the prevention and management of complications that could arise in the diagnosis and management of urologic conditions. The 2024 Annual Meeting will address these needs.

The objective for the 2024 PRUA Annual Meeting are the following:

  1. Provide a framework for decision making for difficult cases related to urolithiasis, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, sexual medicine, female urology.
  2. Provide update on the management of kidney, bladder and prostate cancer.
  3. Provide update on the management of ureterolithiasis.
  4. Review and provide an update about female urology.
  5. Provide information about management of recurrent urinary tract infection.
  6. Provide information about how to implement wellness in urology practice.
  7. Provide information how to involve on professional societies and develop leadership skills.
